The home inspection is typically a function of the real estate transaction but can benefit either the seller or the buyer. If you are the seller and are preparing to enter the market, consider having your home inspected prior to listing it. The probability that your buyer will inspect your home is high so why not find out about any problem issues ahead of time. This will give you ample time to correct any deficiencies before they threaten the sale of your home.
